I Want Divorced From Wife As A Muslim Person

I am Muslim person.my marriage are solemnized as per Muslim law. my wife is staying separate from me since last 2 years. I have sent 3 legal notice for her coming back but not reply.She complaint against me at AWWA at Delhi .Now I want to divorced her for my remaining future life.How can I divorced her as a Muslim person? Suggest me

you may use the talaaq ahasan method which is pronouncing talaq on your wife during the tuhr period followed by abstinence from sexual intercourse during the period of iddat. only verbal mode of pronouncement can be used.
