I want divorce from my wife she will not agree for that

Married 4months ago.. Some words iwill suicide, and put down mangalsutra into my hands, i want to go from home talked like that.. I want divorce from my wife.. I didnt go to my wife from last 2months.. I am state govt employee.. How can i proceed.if i first put divorce notice to my wife any problem to my job
