I want divorce from my wife as she is abusing me always

My wife has no trust in me. She has a temper that she has slapped me twice and before i could complaint this to her family or mine she did it and her father to defend her,instead of solving problems started calling my mom n dad and started abusing them and me.I have everything in voice recording. Also i have a conversation of my wife and my mother in law together abusing my parents.The reason i saved her conversation is her father abuses her and wen she cries he calls my mom dad saying he is beating the hell out of my daughter.as i cnt take this anymore they hv threatened for fake dowry case.
This is a case of cruelty,You can file a petition for mutual consent divorce if she is willing to give, both of you should agree, if she fails to give then you will have to file a petition for cruelty and seek for divorce contesting the matter. In the event if she files a petition for dowry harassment it is safe for u to seek anticipatory bail in the matter and contest dowry harassment case.
