I want divorce from my husband with whom I married under SMA

Me hindu and my husband sindhi married under special marriage act, live separately for 2.5yrs,child custody with husband,he lost his case for restitution of conjugal rights 2 times due to nonattendance,he filed adultery in the same.Under which section and clause u can file a divorce petition?
You can file divorce under section 13A of the Hindu Marriage Act, apart from this you can also file the maintenance under section 125 CrPC and also a case for the custody of the Child. Where are you from? And is there any possibility for mutual divorce?
