I want divorce from my husband because of mentally harassment

Mujhe divorce chahiye because mere husband mujhe mentally harash kar rahe hai..2 sal se bheek mang rahi hu divorce do, but wo mujhe blackmail karta rehta hai..mujhe ek kharcha nahi deta hai , ab jab dene ka promise Kiya toh pura amount v nahi deta hai , half amount deta hai..na mera kharcha uthate hai.na meri beti se mujhe milwate hai..unke family mujhe bahut harassment karte hai

Agar harassment (mental ya physical) ho raha hai DV Act ke under complaint file kariye, divorce k liye ap one side contested petition file kar sakti hai cruelty ground par sath he sath maintenance k liye bhi jaa sakti hai jise apko monthly kharcha mill sakta hai hai.

if the parties are hindu, the wife, means you, can go with the contested Divorce under section 13 of HMA but if parties are Muslim then you can opt for khula. Divorce and Domestic Violence dono ke liye case file kar do

Aap cruelty, harassment aur maintenance na dene ke grounds par divorce file kar sakti hain. Sath hi maintenance, child custody/visitation aur Domestic Violence complaint bhi kar sakti hain. Jald se Jald call pe connect ki jiye.
