I want divorce from my husband because he's addicted

My husband is addicted and this addiction get worse day by day.. it affects my child and my married life too .. but my parents and his parents didn't support me for divorce.. and he's threatening me of suicide if I leave him..how can I file divorce by my own?

You need to file a petition for divorce in Court. The harassment and addiction of your husband can be a ground for seeking divorce from your husband. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

first of give him some and get separate after that, observ his behavior even after that he is not improving himself, you have ground and many legal remedies in the law for the further process for that you need to discuss with advocate

What kind of addiction your Husband is having? You need to disclose this in Court to seek Divorce, even if he does not agree to Divorce, you can easily get Divorce, if his Addiction is severly affecting you & your family, despite you putting best efforts to convince him to leave his addiction!
