I want divorce from my husband at any cost and as soon as possible....

Mere husband mujhe mentally abuse karte hai aur wo drugs bhi lete hai sab Nasha karte hai..aur meri ek 16 saal ki ladhki.hai mai ussey apne husband ke saath agar asehi rakhungi toh uski studies pe fadak padega.. and my question is kab Tak divorce hojayega I mean kitna time lagega? Kya meri beti ki custody mujhe milegi? Agar mai job kar Rahi hu aur mai capable hu ussey palne keliye kya mujhe uski custody milegi?

Yes you will get divorce if you can maintain your child from your own sources . You should be able to prove that your husband is is a drug addict. The court will award you divorce and custody of the child too.
