I want divorce but husband is not ready. What can be done ?

01-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband and his family cheated me regarding his job salary and property. I knew all this after marriage when my husband was jobless. And he lies always for small small things and I don't like it. I can't trust him. He is mechanical engineer by degree but now works as sales executive in showroom because of his 8 years degree. I can't trust him and he was continually bothering me for dowry and tried to kill me. I left his home in July 2016 and asked him for mutual consent divorce but he is not ready for it but I want divorce. I am jobless and my family doesn't support me so how can I get divorce in this situation . I have no any proof because we both were living in pune and hometown is later . but I have some call recordings regarding his job and his agreement that he cheated me. Please tell me how can I get out of this to leave my own life.?

If he is not agreeing for a mutual consent divorce , then you will have to file one sided divorce on grounds of cruelty . You need to meet an advocate to discuss in detail and initiate the proceedings. Additinally file a police complaint putting on record the cruel treatment towards you which compelled you to leave matrimonial home.
