I want divorce as we had many arguments and I feel mentally disturb .He not interested in physical r

I want divorce as we had many arguments and I feel mentally disturb .He not interested in physical relation, He not interested to take financial responsibility of mine & we don't respect each other. I'm not financially independent right now due to my kid 3 yrs old & left Purchase Manager job after delivery. so how to save myself from that emotional and mental abuse. Kindly suggest about how can I proceed for divorce & kid custody?

You have to file a divorce petition against your husband and simultaneously claim the child custody. If you both can agree for a mutual divorce with the condition that the child would be in your custody, there is no better and quick solution for your problem.

Dear Queriest if you want to proceed with divorce you can take steps accordingly, you can also claim maintenance to you and your kid since you both are not willing to continue your marriage then it's better to get mutually separated in which he should be ready to you and your kid maintenance if not then you can go with litigation. for more information about the same kindly call me.

You can approach the court for divorce and in the same proceeding request for interim maintenance, that way your husband will have to pay for interim maintenance. You also have remedies under Domestic Violence Act.
