I want divorce as soon as possible to start a new life its already too

I was separated from my husband and my family also before 5 year and last 5 year i lived single nobody in my contact now not even my family but now i want divorce because i want a new start of life

hello mam, as you are separated from your husband from last 5years...you can file divorce petition mutually or you can go for contested divorce too..that depends on both of you agreed or not...let me know the entire detail so that I can guide you in a better way...

you can file divorce petition under sectio 13 of HMA act on the besis of cruelty and after that you can start your new life with anyone. you will also get the alimony and maintenance till perform the second marriage. for more Advice you can contact asap.
