I want divorce as per islamic law (khula)

I want to give divorce .my husband is a alcoholic and drug addict and frequently visits to prostitutes.I have a 6 year old daughter.He's doing job in Dubai and he doesn't contact me and he leaves me here in inlaws and he emotionally abuse me by doing videos call while drunk with his friends and he doesn't give me money and leaves me here.please give me some legal advice according to this

hi you could file for divorce on grounds of cruelty and if je is not looking after you then you could file for maintenamce in court to direct him to pay the needy expenses and also you could file harassement case also including your inlaws
