I want an annulment of marriage , I don't want a divorce,

I married to a guy on 22 nd January 2024 who is torturing me emotionally and I suffered a lot , he neglected me and never took any responsibility...after marriage... Now we are separated, can I cancel the marriage registration.

Annulment can be granted by the Court on fraud, bigamy, blood relationship, mental incompetence and a few others. For mental cruelty you can get a divorce though your situation has to be weighed by the Court.
