I want an annulment of marriage , I don't want a divorce,

I married to a guy on 22 nd January 2024 who is torturing me emotionally and I suffered a lot , he neglected me and never took any responsibility...after marriage... Now we are separated, can I cancel the marriage registration.

Hello You have not given much details though from the date of marriage I can assure that you can apply for annulment of marriage provided you have reasonable and legal ground under the Act. If you would have given further details then I could have guided you better
