I FILED DIVORSE 01-12-2018 BUT MY AGAINST PARTY NOT ATTEND HEARING AND NOT RECIEVED ANY NOTICE . KINDLY HELP ME I TAKE EX PARTY DIVORSE PLEASE GIVE ANY LEGAL INFO . Thanks.

As per your submission you had filed divorce and issued notice to opposite party. Yet they had not appeared in court. You should file acknowledge in court and apply for ex party hearing. Once court allows your application you have to lead your evidence affidavit and take decree.

If other party does not received the notice than you can make application for paper publication or if you get the address than you can also make application for sending the notice through registered post. but after service of notice he is not coming than you can apply for ex- party decree for divorce..
