I have sent court notice section 13 1 (ia) to my wife due to separation of more than a year with me. she torched me mentally for everything. Our sex was not good. My advocate said I have not sex with her but reality is we sex together with my own interest. she was not showing interest on me from the beginning of our marriage. How to say to the judge that I am not sex with my wife. She will say we had sex together right. How to defend.

on the ground of cruelty u filed a case against your wife. already a case was pending. so now insiggrst you to defend ur case as per the case facts that were described but not according to ur facts mentioned here. and secondly I couldn't guide you exactly without reading ur case facts.
