Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDVA) 2005: can file for protection order, residence order (right to live in matrimonial home), maintenance, and compensation for abuse. Section 498A IPC: For cruelty by husband/in-laws (though it's often misused, in genuine physical abuse cases it's applicable). CrPC 125: For maintenance (financial support) from husband.

You can file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act for protection, residence and maintenance. Also consider FIR for cruelty. You may seek divorce on grounds of cruelty/adultery and claim maintenance. Preserve all evidence and consult a lawyer.

file for domestic violence application against your husband and don't give divorce to your husband, be legally his wife and seek maintenance on that cheating that has been done to you, so now he might not want you and try to leave you, try to collect evidence and documents on your case

File a police complaint under Section 498A IPC for cruelty. Seek maintenance under Section 125 CrPC and protection under the Domestic Violence Act. You can also file for divorce on grounds of adultery.
