I need separation from my husband, but he is not willing to give Divor

I already filed for divorce and also attended counseling. But my husband will not give divorce at any cost. He is asking me to continue marriage and also he told me that from now onwards he will not interfere in any of my matters he will live separately. Just for the sake of kids we will keep marriage. Is there any solution to get a consent from court regarding this situation.
