I need my wife and my daughter to live with me

Hi am 38, my left me 5 years back because of my financial problems, still know we are in contact but not staying together, but still I have some financial problems, her condition is clear all my financial problems then she is ready to live with me, but it will take some more time, I need my wife and daughter pls suggest me,

you have to file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights asking the court to direct your wife to join you to lead married life, a notice will be issued and the matter will be reference for conciliation where the court will try to unite you and you too can convince, if she is not ready to join then you have to proceed with the case and get a court order. legally you can try this approach in order to bring your wife back to lead married life with you.
