I need help please suggest what can I do in this situation,solution pl

I got married in 2009 ,I was working when I got married,now I have 2 kids ,my husband done mentally and sometimes physically harassment.he got stuck in fraud case also,bankruptcy too.I left his house in 2020.and I am staying with my parents and brother.I am comfortable at all here ,because of everyday taunt to me and my kids.my husband also shifted near my society.brought all luggage, it is rented flat.he used to buy expensive things, he is calling me back to his house.I am helpless please advise me what to do?

You seem to be bit confused at this stage , depending on what you want to do whether to join him , if so under what circumstances etc will depend on how you want to proceed . If you planning to live with him you can file an NC in the police station to put on record what you had suffered & why you are again reconciling. Filing domestic violence in court also another option to make sure that there is no abuse in future.

It depends upon you whether to continue cohabitation with your husband or to live separate the way you are presently. You may also file complaint against your husband and in laws under various sections
