I need help because of my abusive cruel husband

Hello,nI am living outside India and i cant give all details, but i would like to know what are my rights as Indian Wife. My husband did domestic violence with me here and in India he has already done many time. I filed complaint against him here. I abuses me and my family over money spent in marriage and he always threatens me for divorce, He do not spent penny on me since years. I want to know how can i file maintenance outside India if leaves me alone here ?

Well first of all, I would like to seek clarity from you regards : Whether you are an Indian Citizen or not! If you are not an Indian Citizen, then, you will not be able to get Maintenance from the Indian Courts. Your Husband need to be an Indian Citizen too if you want to claim Maintenance from him in India.
