I need divorce.,please let me know what cases i can files for drugs

Myhusband uses weed(cannabis)found it in home,he accepted that he uses gangai, having recording for that-and i ordered a test which comes as cannabies negative(but it is 10 day validity test)-after that he taunts me daily ,i m having haressment mentally, there was no act of cruelty, mother inlaw tortures me alot,we are living sepratly from one year,do we need any proofs for weed to file a drug case?have asked evry habit before marriage i came to know this habit after mrg,what cases should i file

hi you could file harasement case against husband and inlaws in court seeking releifs and compensation and if you want to give complaint against drugs then you could file complaint in local police station if you have proper evidence
