I Need Contested Divorce From My Wife

We had married in 2018 through registered court marriage in uttarakhand. Presently I work in daualtpur in bank and my wife work in talwara in bank. Can i apply divorce in talwara? Pls guide

yes, the petition can be applied before talwara family court or other court where either wife or husband lives. you can go for mutual consent divorce any place of your choice of convenience, subject to certain terms as settled between you both. rgds
