I need children’s custody for mutually agreed divorce

Hi ,I have 2 kids from a Muslim marriage,if we are mutually agreeing for divorce, I need sole custody for my kids to process for visa ,Iam a USA resident, so what process should I initiate in Indian courts to get sole custody papers for me to process there visa and passport, there mother must sign any papers or should I file child custody petition
