I need an advice on divorce to my husband


23-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
M married to an alcoholic and chain smoker who cheated us by promising he will quit alcolol and smoking...its been 11 years but he has not quit alcohol nor smoking...lot of problems hv come through these many years...hv struggled a lot with these 3 people (husband, in-laws) ....hv 2 kids (11 year boy and 1 year girl).... abuses me and hits me ...hv gone through eye operation due to him..... m totally enough of this....eed to get out of this ....pls help me.......

then you can file mutually divorce petition later court will send notice period cooling period will view of the after filling the application for cooling period better imidatatly you can file mutually divorce petition ant settle the issue

okay I understand your questions so now your husband family giving harassment right so you are suffering lot of problems by them so you are ready to stop the all problem rightit is possible to file a divorce court asked some required documents so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
