I need affidavit to represent in kuwait embassy for passport inquiry

In kadapa lawyers are unable to get affidavit for me the case has filed against me when I wasn't in India please help me

If the case has been filed when you were outside India, your absence will not affect your legal rights. You can still defend the case and file affidavit through proper legal procedure. You may execute the affidavit either before the Indian Embassy/Consulate or a Notary in the country where you are presently residing and send it to India. You can also execute a Special Power of Attorney in favour of a trusted person to represent you before the court. If any ex-parte order is passed due to your absence, you can file an appropriate petition to set aside the same by producing proof of your stay abroad and seek an opportunity to contest the matter. It is advisable to consult a legal professional immediately to take necessary steps and protect your rights.
