I married 3 years ago my wife stayed with me only 3 months and went to her mother house .she says my parents forced me to marry you I don't like this marriage. I and mother went to her mother house to bring her back. she says me and my mother giveing torture.but we have not given any kind of torture I have all evidence.my wife and her parents agreed.i took separate house for rent and went again to bring her back she did not came me she tried to attempt suicide.i came back to my home and sent legal notice she did not come I filed divorce case notice has been served but she did not appear to court I got ex parte decree now 90 days has been completed.ow my wife and her parents telling that they will file maintenance case my question is if they file maintenance case will she get maintenance because I tried her to bring back but attempted suicide till now they have not filed any fir or case against me.she studied till 12th standard. and no children.
