I m married for the 2nd time & i didn't knew that my wife cannot conceive as she got her family planning operation done. Their family did not tell us anything about it. Can I file for divorce?

hi yes you could file for divorce on grounds of cruelty and hiding her medical reasons before marriage and that you came to knoe the fact that it in within the period of 6 months then you could file petition for annulement of marriage
