I lost my spouse documents which I had to give her back on 2nd motion.
21-May-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I already give my wife half money in first motion. I have to give rest of the money and her educational qualifications documents. Unfortunately I lost them. I’m not sure if I lost them or misplaced them. I tried finding every corner but couldn’t find them. What am I supposed to do now. What situation I may face due to this issue during my second motion.

Hello sir,
On the time of second motion you have to fulfill the Memorandum of Understanding between you and your spouse. If you failed then might be your spouse will deny for the second motion process in the court. Try to find the all the necessary documents of your spouse and hand over to her before the second motion or on the second motion.
