I lost my hearing too because beaten of my husband

He filled divorce and went out.. I stayed. With two girl kids for a long time he didn't comeback.. return back to mom's house and filed dvc after some days rcr in dvc he they ordered maintenance but he refused to pay and went appeal.. i filed transfer of divorce petition to my native we got separated from two years .. he don't even to see the child's at the time of court he came and talk with children and assured to take us with him.. but my father in law refused and scold him .what can I do
If in case you still want to opt for restitution and live with your husband we can definetly demand the same before the Court of law. We can go in for mediation or counselling. However if you feel that things have turned upside down you may opt for a divorce with maintenance as well as custody of children. Whatever legal remedies you want can be demanded before the Court of law.
