I have to file a mutual consent divorce

My marriage was occurred on 20th may 2024 can i filed a divorce case this year.?

you could file petition to delate your marriage as null and void. yu cannot file petition for divorce on the reason that one should be elapsed after marriage to file the petition seeking divorce. otherwise you had to wait upto that time
