Ankit agrawal It has been eight years of marriage my wife is suffering from schizophrenia OCD bipoler I came to know about after 2 years but still a continued I have a six year old boy I have put contested divorce I have left my home since 2 years and staying in rented house my wife is staying at my home only my mother father is also living house next month she has put dv 125 and 498a what are the chances of divorce and approx what time will it take she has not file reply court has discarded time for reply not sent child to school since 1 year many more instances

Dear client, based on your question no marriage can survive with a person going through such vital illness. And as the grounds of Divorce under section 498A , which if is true need to be proved .
