I have planned to apply for guardianship for my 5and half year old kid. And it is boy.. Am facing mental torture and pressure.. and my husband is literally money minded and egoistic person.. So much of troubles and issues for past 7 years.. Including his mother.. am bit confused whether case will be favour of mine or not.. I don't want my kid to grow in such bad atmosphere..

You need to seek custody of your five and a half years old son depending on the circumstances, financial status, and welfare of the boy. Your husband may seek visitation to meet his son regularly. If there is harassment continuously then you can file a domestic violence case against all those involved.
