I have filled mutual consent divorce. In the petition it mentioned that the right of maintenance is waived off. My question is can she ask maintenance after divorce. My child's custody is towards my wife. Please reply.

Well, of course, she can still file a case to get her Maintenance enhanced if she has not done second marriage yet. There are very limited grounds available to her right now on the basis of which she can ask for Maintenance for her. But, for child support, she can definitely ask and will get also if you haven't provided sufficient amount towards it.
