I have filled divorce case under cruelty on ex party evedence my husband filled set aside petition and I have filled the counter for that like should not accept the set aside.now it is IA/EA pending.nCMPPending.CRPpending.CMApending.what will be the next step in my case I can't anything in mine.please guide me.will i get my divorce or not.

Usually exparte set aside petitions are allowed with some cost Now the case will start a new direction of contesting in merits Advocate favoured with time will answer your question of whether your divorce will be granted or not

It depends on his reasons for not appearing before the Court in the first place and the amount of delay in filing the set aside petition. Apart from that, even if the ex-parte order is set aside and he is allowed to contest, if your case is genuine and you can prove his cruelty, you will get your divorce decree,
