I have filed petition in women's police station regarding my problem from my husband and in laws.... After that my husband filed rcr in family court .... And got anticipatory bail.... After that police file fir against my husband and laws... It is in investigation stage... Rcr 1st hearing is going on.... Can i seek maintenance from him....? I have complete BE and am not working and am not having any previous employment experience also.... In rcr case what I have to prove my husband desertion..?

okay I understand your questions. your husband filed RCR case in court it is going on first hearing. so you filed criminal case against him like 498a dowry harasement case right. so it is going on investigation now your questions is you can ask maintainance from your husband in RCR case right. my sugestions you in this case yes it is possible but you have to file crl mis saparate case and ask the maintainance under section 124 crpc. now only you get permanent maintainance. and you jabe to show to court you are not working and your husband earning detailed to filed before court then only you get maintainance so thanks .
