I have filed petition for divorce but the summons is not yet prepared by the court what to do
Some times the registrar of the court believes that the summons shall be sent only a little before the next date,you have to approach to the court follow them and ask them to prepare the summons ,once you are consistently following the process your summons will be dispatched through bailiff

Well, if the Summons has not been prepared yet by the Court, then, you have to appoint a lawyer who can go personally to the concerned Judgr to request him to order for his Court Staff to issue requisite Summons from the Court for the accused in the field Case or Matter.
