I have case of alimony against my husband and he married another girl

I was married to my husband 4 years ago. I stayed at my husband's for 4-6 months. My in-laws were headache. We came to disagreement on me staying with my husband. So my family filed a case of alimony against my husband. The case is going for 3 years due to covid-19. And now I get to know that my husband has married another girl while the case for alimony is going in court. I need divorce and I need money that my family spent in my marriage, but my husband's family is not willing to give me. And I don't have that much money to hire top lawyer from my city. What should I do in this situation?
