I have been married for close to 3 years. Recently I came to know about my husband's past relationships and he was physically active. When enquired about the same to him, he's denying, becoming violent and causing mental torture since then. I'm even getting suicidal thoughts on the thought of getting cheated and getting treated this brutally after knowing his dirty secret. I don't want to be in this relation anymore and want to seek divorce. Can I apply divorce on this ground?

hi yes you could file petition for divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty and that he is having illegal relationships and you could apply for maintenance if he is not treating you well in concerned court
