I have been living separately from my husband since 2 months. I got the opportunity to move abroad for my higher studies in Jaunary 2024. Will there be a legal issue from my husband? Should I come back to India if I get a Divorce notice?

Please approach to an advocate he will help you out.....without coming to India you can fight divorce and also before going you send me a divorce legal notice and apply mutual divorce if u want ...we can get divorce this very soon even if u are not present in india..approach us we will help you out...
