i have applied for child visitation in DV case feb 2022 in Patitial court, Delhi after that judge allowed for video call every Sunday , but i have not received the physical visitation right with child. as per Karnataka high court judgement with in a month child should be allowed to meet with father. Child age is 6 + son. nni have also filled gwa that is pending to respondent's reply and next date is 2 months awaynnshall i go to high court to start the visitation permission to meet with the child ?

You have a right to appeal against the present ruling but it depends on the facts of the case if it is advisable or not. Yes, you should be given physical visitation rights to the child, as well. It usually should've happened but it is subject to your prayer.

Physical visitation right is inalienable right to any father except conditions imposed by law. Therefore,Filing visitation application to High Court is actually a correct procedure in getting a swift relief.

you can ask visitation right in same court itself with another application if your application is rejected you can appeal in High court .Are u paying any maintenance to the child or any maintenance order is passed
