I have a question with pending so many restitution

I am getting blackmailed on 498A, she don’t wanted to stay but still going to Mahila thana and calling me everytime there . Putting wrong allegation of domestic violence.

As per law you have legal right to challenge the order of mahilla thana or approach to higher authority about the harassment. Apart from this Mahilla thana have right to call and ask about domestic violence otherwise have right to loadge criminal case.
