I have a query pertaining to the payment of maintenance

Hello Sir, My question is regarding maintenance. If in an execution case, husband didn't pay any maintenance to wife and he is sent to jail for not paying any maintenance. Will wife get maintenance from starting or that maintenance which was to be given to wife becomes zero, means husband will not pay anything if he has completed his one month imprisonment?
You have to file another new execution regarding the balance amount with in year from due date ... if he still didn't pay you can again sent him to jail.... better option is to find some property in his name get a attachment order from court

If husband has been sent to jail, even you are entitled for maintenance amount and for getting this amount you will have supply list of property of your husband to court so that court could attach his property to pay you maintenance amount.
