I have a query on the Matrimonial property
08-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We are 4 children Named A,B,C,D. My parents had ancestral property which includes the house we all brought up. After marriage of all the 4 children ,we had division of the property in Look adalat court, in which 6 equal share is given for 4 children, one each for the parents. The house we all brought up ( matrimonial house ) was given to A,B and C. All the four children are not staying in that house & given it for rent . Now , D is planning for a divorce and is wife ' G' claiming to stay in that house stating that it is matrimonial house . Will the court order for her to stay in that house. At present, G with her only son staying with her parents and seeks divorce. Can I request you to reply.
