I had taken divorce from Bhorgaon Lewa Panchayat Jalgon in 2018. But Now in My company I want to submit divorce certificate and my company is not accepted the certificate I had issued form panchayat. So now I want take divorce legally. Can you please tell me the procedure for divorce and how many time required for that.
under mutual divorce petition you can only obtain divorce after minimum time period of 6 months and maximum time period of 18 months. ... It is the most simplified way to dissolve a marriage. Therefore it is suggested that you can file for mutual divorce and the order from the court within 6 months

panchayat cannot Grant you divorce and panchayat don't have any right under law to grant you divorce. Divorce need to be done legally through court if both the parties agree to the divorce much time is not needed

As per your query
you need to file a divorce petition by mutual consent with your wife. since the the certificate issued by the panchayat is not a valid document of divorce you need to apply before the competent authority and obtain divorce order from the court.
