I got married in 2016 and living separately from my wife since 2017. It's been almost 6 years now. She is very clever filed a case against domestic violence well she has no proof and it is not proven in Jammu court yet. I can't live with her, it was my mistake that I did arranged marriage without knowing her properly. She is not agreeing on mutual consent divorce. It's been 5 years now, case against domestic violence is not resolved and can't take mutual divorce. I send her 10,000 every month.

you need to contest the domestic voilence case and push the court for speedy trial which may include the calling of evidence from wife side, and you can also file divorce case , so that she has to contest another case...
