I got married 2 years ago. My and wife's age is 31. We have no child. My take home salary is 52k and take home salary of wife is 35k. I live with my dependant parents in rented accommodation.
We have compatibility issues and ignorance since last 2 years. She comes and goes to her parents hous in between.
She has not shown any interest in divorce even after discussing
How should i proceed with divorce??
Can she claim any interim maintainance or alimony and if yes what will be quantum of amount?
How should i block her entry at my house to avoid any case of domestic violence?? though no such violence happened so far
You should immediately file an intallah peshbandi / initimation with the concerned police authorities. She can file a maintenance petition, however since she is working and is earning the court might not grant any maintenance. However, quantum depends upon certain factors like earning capacity, assets, status of the families. Dont block her entry. Just issue a legal notice calling upon her for a mutual consent divorce highlighting cruelties and desertion

You can file a case for divorce as she is earning mostly maintenance will not be allowed to her. Even if here is no violence, mental incompatibility can also be a ground for divorce.
For not letting her enter the house, you will have to move an application in the Divorce case only.
