Hii I have a filled a contest divorce against my wife 3 summons she is refused..
I got exparte on 13-3-24 in Bangalore family court.
How can I wait for re-marry???
Is it safe to remarry a girl???
there is an appeal period, you can wait for some time of 90 days and there after you can get married, it may happen they she may file an appeal if she comes to know about the divorce, so better wait for 90 days and then get remarried.
