I filed sec9, husband filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. I am not ready to continue with him. No kids. How to prove he was inactive in marital life? Can I ask judge to do impotent test on my husband, what was the process?

Hello Good Afternoon, As you said you filed section 9 and your husband file section 13 Divorce . but also you mention that you want to stay with your husband anymore. so it seems that your section 9 is contradictory with your no stay with your husband statement. but here you miss the big issue is the maintainance part. you have right of residence, you have rights of livelihood which you take from your husband. this part have decide on immediate basis. you have multiple legal remedies to overcome such situations. for more details and querries then contact us and visit our website.
