Sir I am a govt teacher earning 76000 gross salary per month my wife is a contract teacher working for 14 years and earning 50 thousand gross salary per month I have my own house in city and maintain a clothes shop I have applied for divers she has been sanctioned 20,000 under Hma 24 we have two children baby eighth babu 5th standard 5000 was sanctioned under section 125 to my wife and 2500 each for two children Total 5000 for wife and children 10000 was sanctioned under section 125 In both cas
hi first need to see the order passed by the court below and if you are aggrieved by the order passed in the maintenance case and if you are aggreived by the order passed then you could approach court
