I filed a domestic violence and dowry harassment written complaint on my husband but didn't filed FIR on 4th dec 2022, he took me to my parents home and left me over there...i tried to contact him so many times but he didn't respond positively and after some time he blocked me everywhere in social media and calls..Suddenly he issued a legal notice with false allegations claiming that he tried to contact me but I m not responding to himnnHe told Me in notice to come back with in 7days or else I should be agree to mutual divorce or else he will file criminal charges against me

hi first you need to reply to the notice sent by your husband and the contents mentioned in it and if you dont want to stay together then you could file a petition for divorce in court on the grounds of harassement mental and physical
